hi, i have a report which show cols like
male temp part time , male perm full time, female perm part time and so on...
i have written a query which shows no for all these categories for each dept.
i want now total of whole of them..i use cellsum and get totals...same when i do for female perm part time , nothing is displayed,where that is working for male columns...
any guess why is it not working ...
its v imp

Well, if you created both summary fields the same way and one works properly while the other doesn't, my conclusion would be that your Report Builder doesn't like women.
Just kidding ... perhaps women don't have anything stored in the "perm part time" column (or whatever its name is)?
