Please find attached below, a document which details the information you will need to tune most SQL statements. If you are asking for help here on ORAFAQ, then you will at some point be asked by the people who provide their time here, for some or all of this information. Please read the document before you ask for help and make sure you can collect the needed info. Your success in getting an answer will increase the more you provided these details.
