No ORA-00600 or ORA-07445 or the like in your alert.log file?
Did user report errors at the same time?

unsupported combination of OS & Oracle versions!
Either down grade OS or upgrade Oracle

It was working fine earlier.
This problem started after moving database files to /home/oracle/dberp/dbfiles from default location (/opt/app/oracle/oradata/orcl)
But i had given same folder permissions.

No Dear, still not resolved. I put a cron job to delete huge trc files which are 1 day old.
But not happy. Because now trc file size increased. Around 300 MB file getting generated in every 10 MINs.
And there is no ORA- errors in any of these files.

You have to determine which trace files they are and who generate them.

Release 11.2.0.1 is rather old, there have been many patch sets and CPUs since then. If you have a support contract, apply them! If you do not have any sort of support, then your solution of removing the traces is probably your only option.
