Hi,
Currently installed 8.1.7.0
i want to upgrade to 10.2.0.1.0

in the upgrade documentation its written the direct upgrade is not supported for 8.1.7.0, first update to 8.1.7.4 and then direct upgrade to 10.x

unable to find 8.1.7.4 update.

any link to find update or guideline to direct upgrade to 10.x

thanking in anticipation

Since the OS that runs 8.1.7.0 probably isn't compatible with 10.X anyway, You could also consider doing a complete fresh install of 10.X and then do an export / import of the data.

I believe..

1/ Fresh install of 10.x
2/ import data in 10.x from 8.x to
3/ above 2 and 3 will give you to opportunity to retrofit new functionality in case if any.

On my laptop with XP SP3 I have 4 databases:
- 8.1.7
- 9.2.0.8
- 10.2.0.4
- 11.1.0.7

No problem to install and run them all.
Each is in different home and so different keys in registry.

Regards
Michel
