I am planning to install oracle 9i and oracle 10G on Solaris 10 platform with veritas clusterware.Could some provide me information on feasibility of installing these two data bases and operatingunder Veritas cluster ware.pros and cons apprpeciated

It is feasible; regardless of Veritas s/w or not.
